A Family Owned Business Since 1963

Pasquale (Pat) Franchi founded a masonry construction company in 1950 to provide skilled labor, project management, and integrity to local building projects. With early success and an increasing demand for his services, in 1963 the masonry venture grew into Franchi Construction Company, Inc., a national and international construction company.

In the early 1970’s, Franchi Management Company was formed to manage the company’s real estate. The company’s portfolio includes over 1,100 apartments and 500,000 +/- square feet in commercial, retail, and office space as well as recreational properties.

Today, the second generation of Franchis – Louis and Patricia – continues Pat’s original principles with expansion and diversification. Together, they bring over 50 years of combined industry experience to all existing and planned projects, including residential subdivisions, condominiums, and commercial properties.

Louis (Lou) Franchi, Vice President of Operations, attended the University of Rhode Island and graduated from Wentworth Technical Institute. He has been with the company for over 15 years and is a licensed contractor. Lou is responsible for all corporate and commercial operations, new construction and subdivisions, as well as the company’s recreational facilities (Waltham Athletic Club and Wildcat Ski Mountain).

Patricia (Patty) Franchi, General Manager, is a graduate of Bentley College and has been part of Franchi Management for over 30 years. Patty oversees all staff and corporate office operations along with overseeing five apartment complexes with 1,100 units, and manages over 500,000 sq. feet of office and industrial space with Lou.
